In 1975, Gilda Radner made history as an original cast member of Saturday Night Live, helping cement its status as an American tradition. Through her iconic characters, she brought boldness, vulnerability, and a whole lot of weird to our living rooms. And when Gilda was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, she approached it with that same honesty, humor, and heart. Today, her legacy endures in every person supported by Gilda's Club, the cancer support organization created in her honor.
