I just wanted to express my appreciation to Holly at the Lone Tree, CO store for her help and professionalism when I came in to get a new metal band for my Citizen Watch. Holly took the time to find the right band to make the right look and size it correctly. She addressed my needs and budget and did not automatically try to just sell me a new watch which is what all the other stores I had visited tried to do. All, I just received my Ball Racer today and it`s more beautiful than I had thought it would be. I made the mistake of not making sure I heard the name of the woman who saw the order throw but she was terrific. There wasn`t a single snag from start to finish. I`m in business and am very much aware of all the moving parts in closing an order. I have to tell you I originally ordered online from another company who had the watch listed at substantially less than any other company. It was a hot mess and to make a long story short, I waited 18 days and never heard anything else other than we`re waiting. I chose Righttime as a stab and glad I did. Terrific, professional people. The watch was sized to perfection for my 8.5" wrist as I enjoy wearing my pieces a little snug. Even the time was set to my time zone prior to being shipped! :) Also thank you so much for the Swiss Army knife with your logo on it, it`s on my keychain right now. Hi Victoria, just got the watch! It is absolutely stunning. Quality and craftsmanship just oozes from it! (only another watch person understands this feeling....my wife thinks I am crazy...lol). Even the box it comes in is display quality, I will have it on my dresser next to my watch boxes and will keep the Muhle in it. Although it may be sitting empty for a long time...haha :-)
Anyway, really well packed, everything looks perfect. The watch was still running and accurate! (Colorado time). Set it to my atomic clock and curious to see what the accuracy is over the next day.
Also thanks for sending me the extra info, the pamphlet about watch care is helpful and one thing I learned is that a mechanical should not be worn for tennis or golf due to the velocity of arm swings. That would not have occurred to me so that is very good to know.
When it comes time to service the Muhle I will be sending it to you guys for sure.
Funny you sent me an Oris booklet, I love Oris watches, I have a BC3 with black dial, one of my favorites and it gets a lot of wrist time. Its at chronograph accuracy, +2 seconds per day. Extremely pleased with it. I have many times considered another Oris.
Anyway, thanks again for your help - your company gets an A+ from me.

I just saw your commercial on TV here in Windsor CO. Very nice commercial except for the poster in the background depicting a lady...who is wearing a very nice watch...but is positioned in such a way that she appears to be in the middle of getting laid with her knees up around her chest. I had to rewind a couple of times just to clarify what I just saw. I don't know what you intended to depict with this advertisement but it looks very inappropriate.

I wanted to write you a note about your client, RIGHT TIME. God Bless the old watch repair guys at RIGHT TIME!!!!! My Father in Law, Bernie, died in 1989, only 72 years old. You would have LOVED HIM, Greg, as he was even to the RIGHT of Rush Limbaugh! I SO enjoyed all of our conversations. He is surely rolling over in his grave in New Jersey with this Skinny Socialist we're stuck with as our President, just because HALF of this country is uninformed. Anyway, he willed his 1972 Seiko watch to Andy, my second son (who turns 30 next month). It has been sitting in our safety deposit box for 23 years. Cathy and I wanted to give it to Andy for his birthday present. We assumed it JUST NEEDED a new battery to resume working. WRONG!!!! I took it to Vic, a watch guy and Jeweler that has replaced batteries in MY watch. He said there was nothing he could do. No Way it could ever work again. He even said " It's like an OLD WOMAN who's dying..... Just let her die!" Then took it to Kim, another watch guy we used to go to in the 80's. Same story. It's TOO OLD and the parts are NOT available anymore. I then took it to RIGHT TIME. He not only got it working, but even the little buttons work (military time vs. standard time). I would have paid hundreds of dollars, since it has such sentimental value, but the whole repair was under $75!!!!!!!!! I just wanted YOU to know, Greg. If you want to get out for some coffee, soon, I'm BUYING! Thanks, Bud!

Thank you for the answers for both emails. I figured out the pen just a few seconds after I hit send. The watch business today, sounds like the electronics business of a few decades ago with gray market goods. Just multiplied by the endless echoes of the internet. I bought a Hamilton from a non authorized dealer but it it a quartz. From Count shop. I has a simplicity I love with the date and name of date at the 12 o'clock position.Very easy to read dial. One of their Khaki series. I had some unprofessional dealings with jomashop. I would want to know that the manufacturer and the dealer as their representative were standing behind a complex mechanical watch. About my Uncle, I just didn't want my nephews or great niece to open a box one day and say who was this guy, and then put it in the trash. Maybe I watch too much antique roadshows and history detectives. But back to the MIDO, one of the first things I noticed about it is how smoothly everything moves. I am glad I found your site. Anyway, it is pouring again in Vermont. It's been about the worst spring/summer ever. Some major roads (for VT that means paved 2 lanes) will be closed for months. They will repair the roads to the Ski towns first.

I want to thank you both for all the help you gave us in selecting a Ball watch for our son's 30th birthday. I wanted to let you know we got the watch as it was promised on Friday and we (me, my husband, our daughter and son-in-law) liked it a lot. When our son opened the package that Saturday night, he was in awe of the green Ball box. He kept saying 'this is crazy'. He was really surprised. However, I can't say he loved he watch on sight. He was in total awe of getting a Ball watch, however. He had been wearing a Citizen watch with three dials on the face for the past 10-11 years, so it was different. I made sure he knew he could return it and get another one if he wanted. He kept looking at it and was really taken with it. He took it home on Sunday which I took as a good sign. We got email from him 2 days ago saying he loved his new watch! (exclamation point was his). He said he had not changed the band to the stainless steel band which I was also happy about. I kind of like the watch with the black rubber band and red stitching. I do want to express my thanks for all the help you both gave me about selecting the watch. It was a success!

Rita, I received the watch today and it appears to be a keeper ...classic/sporty yet an understated piece which is what I like! The size is also perfect anymore than a 44mm diameter bezel would be too large so at least we have established the size that works for me (this being the largest watch in my collection of watches) Thank you for your prompt delivery and service. I just wanted to tell you how fabulous I find my ball watch to be in looks, fit, size and accuracy. When timed by the " Big Clock" in Colorado, it varies about one second per day--- GREAT! I place it with the crown up at night and it just keeps great time: I should have had a Ball long ago, but I'm now having "a ball with my BaLL!! "

My budget started out much lower, but I'm the one who kept boosting it up as I studied the various models on-line. Your recommendation, based on what I was telling you, turned out to be the right one. I ended up paying more than I intended, but that is something I will have to deal with. As I mentioned before, your site is an exceptional one, and I'm sure the work that has gone into it is proving to be worth it. I found that whenever I was going around on the web looking at lots of dealers and watches, I would almost always go back to Right Time to make comparisons. This is Rich Z., I bought a few watches from you at the end of the day last Friday. First of all, let me tell you how much I enjoyed meeting you, and the time I spent at Right Time. It is so refreshing to go to a store where the owner and staff really care about the customer and their products. I learned a lot too. This was my first time buying nicer watches. I have been looking at them for a while, and now I have a new hobby, as well as a great resource for fulfilling that hobby at Right Time. Upon getting home, I of course spent some time looking at the watches in front of a very large mirror. For me, my two favorites are the Oris and the Yes. The Yes really fills a need for me. Knowing not only the time, but when it will get dark or light is actually quite useful to me. In putting together a collection, I want to have a variety of styles and watches that are a reasonable investment as well. I am looking forward to coming by your store again!

Rado is phenomenal! I love it...the diamonds are just enough, not tacky...I am trying to adjust the correct date and time, but the date is the only movement I am getting so, when I have it sized, I'll just have the watch maker show me how to do it....I tried to follow directions, but, I don't know how to get to position #2....other than that, it is just what I wanted.....

I am very pleased you showed her that watch. Both watches are great. The Mondaine clock will go into the motorhome. Our getting these timepieces is to celebrate my retirement in two weeks. I have a little gift for you. I will be mailing you a CD with pictures of the WWVB 60 kHz radio transmitter. As I mentioned at the store, my colleague, Wayne Hanson, engineered the new transmitter and antenna facilities in the late 90`s. The pictures are from my trip to Wellington with him in 2000 to see the new equipment. Wayne spent a lot of time in my office before that discussing how to best design the transmitter-to-antenna matching coils and how to best deal with the variable time delay in transmitting precise time via satellite to Hawaii (WWVH) and other locations in the Pacific. Your suggestion that I need an Oceanus watch is a good one. When we visit Boulder/Denver next spring, I will stop in and get one.

Last Saturday (3-24-07) I called and spoke to Monica and asked if she would not mind staying a little late because I worked late. I had been seriously contemplating purchasing my second Muhle watch (Robert Muhle II Hommage Watch). To my surprise the whole family was there as well as Peter Nikolaus and his wife, direct from the Muhle Factory in Germany. In short this was such an incredible experience. (How can you not buy the watch you came to buy when you are greeted by one of the Reps. from Glashutte, and he is wearing the same watch)? I enjoyed Peter's history lessons as well as his insight about the Muhle factory. Very fun day! I love my new Muhle watch and have already received compliments on this one too! The Zaltsbergs are always so nice and friendly. They are truly how a family business should be run. I look forward to purchasing more from them and referring as many more people as I can to their store.

The Sector watch arrived tonight--I was too late getting home from work, but was able to pick it up at the FedEx center. And it's beauty! The colors are great. All my other watches are silver, black or blue, which is fine, but nothing to wear with brown/beige, but this one's perfect--love the chocolate face and rose gold, which are very distinctive and classy. And all the details -- accents around pushers, crown, and bezel, silver rings of subdials, semi-skeleton hands, etc. -- seem like something on a watch costing twice as much. And the anti-reflective coating on the crystal makes it just disappear, very nice.

Just wanted you to know I received the Omega watch today. It is in excellent condition (better than the picture and your description). The one flaw you described is hardly noticeable. I think your 1 year limited warranty is enough for me to say I will not be returning this watch as it seems to be in perfect mechanical order. I recently ordered a replacement leather strap for my Muhle Glashautte Global-Timer. I had never ordered from you before but had heard some positive feedback via one of the watch forums. As you are aware, that specific strap is hard to find and the other Authorized Muhle dealer here in the United States sells only the watches, but no straps or bracelets. I was very pleased to say that even with FedEx Ground shipping I received the strap within 4 days of my order. The ordering process was quick, easy and without any issues. I also appreciated your policy of securing an approval from the Credit Card Company prior to charging and shipping the goods. The funny thing is that I never spoke with anyone at your store.. I just simply ordered the strap one night on the Internet and that was that. Thank you for such excellent service. Finally, this is a satisfactory replacement for the Omega Seamaster Anne M. gave me on the way to war in 1965; now just forty years ago. I call this a SAR Nautic Timer model, as it meets and exceeds all the fantastic Muhle SAR Timer standards. The support and generosity you have given can never be properly recognized. The beautiful gift of the terrific SAR band for this watch means a great deal to me; and will be recalled each day that I wear this piece . . . for at least the next 40 years, when I reach 115 years age, when this watch should still be doing perfectly.

On 04/29/05 I ordered an Atlantic Worldmaster wristwatch Mod.# 51740.45.65. I have it safe and sound on my wrist. Oh my am I completely pleased with my purchase! I am so happy that Mr. Felix decided to carry the Atlantic watch line. It's even more beautiful than I expected. Art Deco is cool. It's about time that I report back to you how happy I am with my Junghans watch. I received my watch the beginning of December and did not wear it, just watched it for accuracy. It was perfect. As you know Boulder is about 3500 miles from Honolulu and I have had it now for over 2 months and it runs still perfectly. By perfect, I mean accurate to the second, without any further adjustment, since the day I received it.

Please forgive this very late response since my wife Freda, son John, and I, Gus, had the pleasure of visiting your store on May 7, 04 at which time we purchased 3 items and you gave my wife the Seiko Alarm Clock with our purchase. We were in Colorado VIA Denver to attend a wedding at the Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch in Loveland, CO and made plans to stop at your store on the way to purchase two clocks. We really enjoyed talking to both of you, (and yes, Rita, you really do look better in person than your picture on the web-site; and also, Ilya did have a little more of a beard as I recall), but the most important thing was how nice it was to visit with both of you. You showed us the Rhythm Jam Set which we bought and are waiting for the news of your receipt of the next "Guest" player. That was the first thing we set up when we received the shipment, (in very good shape), and our two Grand-daughters had a wonderful time with it playing all the songs and helping to direct the players; they are 8 and 10 years old. We all enjoy it very much. The Rhythm Timecracker was a gift for our daughter and we gave it to her when we received the shipment. She had seen this clock at her aunt and uncle's house in West Seneca, NY and loved it from the beginning. The "Small World" reminded her of our first trip to Disney World many years ago when we went through the Small World ride in the park; she was 7 years old at the time and was very impressed with it. We kept the Rhythm Nostalgia clock for ourselves and put it up this past week for our 50th wedding anniversary. We really enjoy it on the hours and also whenever we push the button and make it go any time we get the chance. Should we get the chance to visit the Denver area again you can be sure that we will stop in and see you again and say "hello". Continued success and the best to all of you there at "Right Time".

I spoke to you about an hour ago about the above watch, which was purchased from your company over the internet. I have had this watch since last Christmas and the watch has not held up; the band and the brushed chrome are all scratched up (I work in an office, not doing hard labor that would scratch the surface). Earlier this week, the pin to change the time fell out of the watch (without my noticing so I do not have the missing piece). I have cheap Timex watches that look better than this one. I would like to have this watch replaced or repaired, even though it is past its warranty. I will send you an accurate photo of the watch early next week. The Chase (which I did notice sold out!) keeps perfect time. I mean PERFECT TIME ! I measured it against a good quartz engine, and saw no discernable difference in accuracy over a period of a month. Awesome ! When I received the watches, I also received what looked like some kind of testing paper. You guys are very cool !

The watch was definitely worth the wait. It is a most distinctive piece, very unusual appearance almost like a nautical instrument. I particularly like the dial and Arabic numerals they add to the fine instrument feel of the watch. I received the Seiko Sportura Kinetic watch on 2-3-03. Finally, after finishing some work, I was able to open the box late at night (or early in the morning, depending on how you look at it). The watch is WICKED COOL! (to use the popular vernacular) I charged it up by swinging it gently (per the instructions), set the time, and then tried the chronograph. The 1/10 of a second counter is way cool. It's much like a foudroyante (which shows 1/8 seconds). The band fits very well. You took out the right number of links. Being made of titanium, the watch is much lighter than the steel version. I also like the style of this Sportura more than the newer version. I'll let you know later about the watch's long-term wearing comfort and time keeping accuracy (I set it against the atomic clock). Thank you for opening your doors after hours on Saturday 1-25-03. Christina and I very much appreciated your attention and customer service. We don't find that much anymore, especially here in the USA.
