Certified Pre-Owned watches (excluding consigned) carry 12 months limited warranty. Every warranted watch goes through at least a "basic service" - 10 step procedure with case/band polishing, and if necessary, movement is serviced and worn parts replaced. Most older watches (10+ years) go through a "complete service" and are completely dismantled, cleaned in 2 machines and 3 different solutions, worn parts replaced as needed, oiled timed and adjusted. There are 15 to 25 procedures that we go through in servicing a watch (depending on the level of difficulty of the watch). Every brand is serviced in accordance to each factory specifications. Only genuine parts are used were they are still available. If not available we are able to manufacture what is needed. The integrity of a water resistant watch is restored and tested with a state-of-the-art equipment. and is stated in description. If there is no mention of a tested level of water resistance (i.e. 30m or 100m wr) - watch is presumed not water resistant. All consigned watches have been examined and tested by our watchmakers and are in good working order, but don't carry our warranty.

All external parts - crystal, case, crown, band, bezel and etc. Any internal parts that become damaged due to improper wear and care, or due to water damage.
