Wakmann (made by Charles Gigandet S.A., Swiss watch company founded after WWII) manual wind chronograph `panda` style black dial, triple date chronograph, powered by Swiss made Valjoux caliber 730 movement

Bit of History:

Charles Gigandet S.A., a Swiss watch company founded after WWII, was also associated with Wakmann in the USA, where they sold high-quality Breitling watches under the Gigandet name, as Gigandet provided the screw-down cases that Breitling could not.

17 jewels. Swiss Mechanical Wind-up ( Manually wound ). Valjoux Caliber 730.
