Rare early Omega Constellation "Manhattan" DD398.0866 model with date. Steel case with 18kt gold bars over flat sapphire glass. Stainless steel bracelet with 18kt gold accents.

Bit of History:

As featured in older publications. Rare first examples of the now famous Omega "Constellation" quartz model, named "Manhattan" and proudly sitting in an Omega museum, representing new step in Constellation design in 1982. Manhattan style, with 4 famous "griffes" or claws, which originally held the sapphire crystal in place, became an immediate success and has become the design standard for the Constellation line today.
